Natasha Lantz
Natasha Lantz has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Northern Michigan University and earned a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies in 2018. She lives in a late 1800's log cabin on her folks’ 80 acre homestead in Michigan's Upper Peninsula near Lake Superior and spends time in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with her life partner, Kevin. She uses her experience as a community organizer, farmer, food truck owner, social worker, agriculture policy activist, and food educator in a variety of ways to help make the world a better place. Natasha is committed to spreading the plant-based message in her role as the Executive Director of Core Operations for the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and through her local community outreach efforts.
